Description
KalpEX® Wet Chemical Kitchen Fire Extinguishers are specifically designed to combat high-temperature cooking oil and fat fires commonly found in commercial kitchens. The agent reacts chemically with hot oils to form a soap-like blanket (saponification), rapidly cooling and sealing the fire surface.
