Clean Agent Total Flooding Systems

Clean Agent Total Flooding Systems
Clean Agent Total Flooding Systems

Description

The KalpEX® Clean Agent Total Flooding System is an engineered fire suppression solution designed to protect high-value and mission-critical environments where water or foam-based systems are not suitable.

Using environmentally responsible clean agents, the system rapidly suppresses fire by interrupting the combustion process—without leaving residue, causing corrosion, or damaging sensitive equipment.

This makes it ideal for applications where downtime is unacceptable.

How It Works

Upon fire detection, the system automatically releases a precisely calculated quantity of clean agent into the protected enclosure. The agent:

  • Absorbs heat
  • Disrupts the chemical chain reaction
  • Rapidly extinguishes fire
  • Leaves no residue

Available Agents

  • FK-5-1-12 based clean agents
  • HFC-based clean agents

Components of KalpEX® Clean Agent Fire Suppression System

The KalpEX® Clean Agent Total Flooding System is engineered with high-precision components designed for reliability, safety, and rapid-fire suppression performance.

Each component plays a critical role in ensuring system integrity and controlled agent discharge.

Prevents backflow of extinguishing agent in multi-cylinder manifold systems.

 Features:

  • Ensures directional flow
  • Protects system integrity
  • Designed for high-pressure applications

Discharge Hose

Flexible high-pressure hose connecting cylinder valve to piping manifold.

Features:

  • Steel braided construction
  • Pressure rated as per system design
  • Leak-proof end fittings
  • Pressure Switch

Monitors system discharge and activates alarm / panel indication.

Functions:

  • Confirms agent release
  • Sends signal to fire alarm panel
  • Improves system monitoring reliability
  • Discharge Nozzle

Engineered to ensure uniform agent distribution throughout the protected area.

Features:

  • Precisely calculated orifice
  • 180° / 360° discharge patterns
  • Aluminum / Brass construction
